In principle, farm shops are designed for collection. Sulas-Markt supports the direct connection between farm shops and consumers.
The available delivery options — collection, personal delivery or shipping — are determined by the respective provider. The provider ensures that the goods are handed over properly and on time.
If you do not collect your order within 24 hours, it expires. After that, there is no longer any right to a refund or complaint.
The provider is responsible for the goods until they have been handed over to you.
In the case of collection, you are obliged to receive the goods punctually at the agreed pickup location and at the agreed time.
In the case of personal delivery, delivery is carried out directly by the provider and depends on the respective delivery region. Whether delivery to your address is possible is shown in the provider’s profile or product offer.
A distinction can be made between:
Delivery directly to your doorstep.
Or delivery to a shared pickup point.
Sulas-Markt is working on enabling shipping via third-party providers in the future in order to make orders even more flexible. Until then, each provider can independently arrange shipping via conventional post or other shipping services.
In this case, the shipping costs and conditions must be agreed directly with the provider until Sulas-Markt has fully integrated shipping.
